Supported successful site control of 1500+ acres, creation of wind power ordinance, project sizing, FAA/DOD review, BOP site surveying and interconnection submission.

Secured 500+ acres, created initial designs, managed NYISO submission, supported RFP submission, negotiated ROWs, established relationship with local S&P 500 offtaker.

650 MW Wind + Solar + Storage - AZ

Directly led over $1M of investment through design, interconnection, surveys, permitting, met tower siting and public outreach to eventual project sale.

400 MW Wind + Solar + Storage - AZ

Designed, sized hybrid towards anticipated WAPA RFP. Managed local political consultants, public lands process, met tower siting and landowner negotiations.

Led origination of former coal mine site towards eventual project sale. Negotiated directly with county for land lease. Managed team with met siting, land acquisition, BOP analysis, turbine transportation and economic feasibility.
